1. Rock Recipe: Holiday Turkey Dinner

Spatchcock Turkey & Gravy

A split-back turkey that’s brined then rubbed in a lemon sage browned butter. Roasted until deep golden brown and served with a gravy made from the drippings.

YIELD: 12 SERVINGS, ~12 OZ. PER SERVING

 

Browned Butter Bread Stuffing

Diced French country bread tossed in browned butter, fresh pomegranate, granny smith & honeycrisp apples, chopped bacon, diced onions, grated manchego, fresh herbs, and warm spices. Baked until golden brown and crisp on top.

YIELD: 12 SERVINGS, ~1 CUP PER SERVING

 

2. Ripple Recipe: Morning Bird Brunch-strata

Browned butter bread stuffing soaked in a creamy egg custard and mixed with roasted turkey. Garnished with fresh herbs and finely shredded manchego cheese.

YIELD: 9 SERVINGS, 3”x3” SQUARE PIECE PER SERVING

 

3. Ripple Recipe: Gobbler Fried Rice

Crispy-fried jasmine rice sauteed with roasted turkey, chopped bacon, shredded carrots, and sugar snap peas. Finished with a crispy fried egg on top, green onion, and pomegranate arils.

YIELD: 4 SERVINGS, ~ 2 CUPS OF RICE PER SERVING

 

4. Ripple Recipe: Stuffing Hushpuppies (aka Amazeballs)

Chopped turkey blended with shredded mozzarella cheese and encased in a gravy-soaked browned butter bread stuffing. Coated in Italian breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown.

YIELD: 4 SERVINGS, ~ 4 Hushpuppies PER SERVING
